Meet the team at Silo West
The faces behind the kitchen and the coffee machine on West Esplanade.

If you've been in for breakfast, you've probably met some of them already. "Friendly staff" is what our Google reviews mention more than anything else, so it was time to put faces to the names.
In the kitchen
Our kitchen is led by chef Julia, with Eunice and Anderson in cookery. Julia and Eunice both specialise in Brazilian and Australian cooking, which is how a Prato Feito ends up on the same menu as an eggs benedict.
On the machine
Matheus and Murilo are on the coffee, pouring the Silo Blend, our own recipe roasted for us by Soprano Coffee in Manly Vale, through our copper three group espressoDECK.
